Happy New Year from all of us at Premier Princess Parties! We are excited to start our 10th year as a children's character entertainment company. Premier Princess Parties started in Chicago back in 2008 and has now grown to cover the Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison and Northwest Indiana metro markets. Why not have beautiful and tasty treats at your party. Start off with some Rosebud Cake Pops to easy yellow tinted white chocolate covered pretzel stickers.

Be the the perfect host with these Beauty and the Beast Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookies are so easy to put together!

Ingredients ∙ Serves 12

1 Wilton white icing gel

1 Oreo cookie mold or small round dish
12 Oreo cookies or sandwich cookie you choose
1 Candy pearls, White color
12 oz Wilton candy melts, yellow color
12 Wilton sugared red roses

Instructions

Warm the yellow candy melts according to package instructions.
Place 2 tablespoons of the melted yellow candy into each of the molds (12 total).
Place cookie, centered, on top of the melted yellow chocolate.
Add additional melted chocolate on top of each cookie till covered
Chill for 30-60 minutes to allow the chocolate to completely set.
Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper. Gently pop the chocolate covered cookie out of their molds/dishes and place on your lined surface.
With the white icing gel tube, pipe the icing in an inside-out scalloped pattern around the top edge of each cookie. Place a candy pearl on the point where each scallop meets.
Squeeze a small amount of white icing to the very middle of each cookie to use as an edible "glue" for the red rose. Place one of the red roses on top of the white icing in the middle.
repeat for all of the cookies.

Now that you have the setting just right and some beautiful edibles Premier Princess Parties Belle and Adam take over the entertainment so you can sit back and enjoy watching your little ones with the characters.

Princess Elena of Avalor was a huge hit her big debut in the Chicago area this past week! This is after she made her big debut on TV August 11th! She is the newest Princess that Sofia the First was able to help her break out of the amulet and spell that she was put under. She made many new friends and met her fans at the event. She even got to sing her theme song song and dance to her favorite sister song with all of the little princesses. Princess Elena look so beautiful in her gown and tiara.
